DESCRIPTION

This person will play an important part in ensuring Andie's visual identity is consistent and engaging across all customer touchpoints as we enter our next phase of growth. This role is a member of the Brand Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Creative Director. The is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 annually. Our Andie office is currently working remotely with the option to be hybrid in-person.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring brand integrity across all channels and touchpoints
  • Manage the development of all design assets for all touchpoints such as email, social, website and printed materials
  • Ability to execute ideas from concept to final creative
  • The ability to understand high level business goals and help to support them with smart and thoughtful creative solutions
  • Ability to collaborate and support design cross-functionally
  • Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards
  • Staying up to date with current design and DTC trends 
  • Ability to multitask and know how to prioritize workload
  • Experience in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience; DTC retail background preferred
  • Experience in designing campaigns across digital and printed platforms including emails, website, direct mailers and social
  • Know best design practices for different digital platforms 
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Well-versed in Adobe creative suite, especially indesign, illustrator, photoshop. Figma, Sketch
  • Video editing a plus
  • Knowledge of UX a plus
  • Familiar with powerpoint and google sheets a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy and composition
  • Must have a collaborative attitude and open and receptive to feedback
  • In depth knowledge of the digital design and how to apply an idea to each platform
  • Must be able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas
