What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through a smooth and enjoyable interview process
  • Schedule candidate interviews in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support campus recruiting efforts
  • Participate in the candidate experience and create memorable interactions
  • Create and send offer letters and background checks

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience within a role where you have been responsible for scheduling meetings with high urgency (i.e. - administrative assistant, business development, recruiting coordinator, etc.)
  • Interest and/or experience working in a fully remote environment
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems 
  • Experience with Greenhouse is a major plus
  • Collaborative team player - you love adding to the culture of a team!
