What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with specialized experience in employee engagement and advocacy. Recruiting, retaining and engaging top developers, designers and other team members that align with our company and core values is a top priority for Anatta. We seek someone who is incredibly passionate about the employee experience and has experience fostering that culture within a company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Foster an inviting and welcoming culture by creating and executing culture initiatives
Conduct 30/60/90 day HR touchbase with new hires
Handle full lifecycle of employment including recruitment and hiring
Monitor performance review process
Define and maintain strong pipeline of candidates and efficient tracking tools
Equipment procurement and tracking for all employees, as needed
Conduct new hire orientation with all new employees
Conduct exit interviews with voluntarily resigning employees and utilize all tools for full exit process on all terminations.
Daily representation of our company core values externally to candidates and internally with existing employees
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and discussions
Maintaining Personnel records
Answer questions for employee related to employment and escalate concerns to management and HR Director as needed.
Foster an inviting and welcoming safe, neutral environment for employees to raise concerns, file complaints and receive feedback / guidance
5+ years human resources experience, specifically working with small teams
Experience in full employee lifecycle including recruitment and hiring
Demonstration of strong organization and prioritization skills
Demonstrated experience in retention, employee advocacy and leadership
