Anaplanについて
社名の由来はAnalytics（分析）とPlanning（計画）を合わせた造語で、計画・分析用のSaaSを企業向けに提供しています。
米国サンフランシスコに本社を置き、約2,000人の従業員でグローバルにビジネスを展開しています。日本法人は2016年にビジネスを開始しました。現在約90名の社員を擁していますが、近年の急成長に伴う組織拡大につき、複数のポジションでメンバーを募集しております。
主な担当業務
世界レベルのセールスチームの一員として、Anaplanプラットフォームを活用した新しいビジネスを促進します。現時点では日本市場を対象に以下の活動に従事します。
- 日本でビジネスを展開しているグローバルエンタープライズ企業、および日本の大手企業を対象に、計画業務を主としたビジネスプロセスの問題点をAnaplanで解決するソリューション提案を行う。
- 業種特化のソリューション、デモンストレーション、ビジネスケースを作成し、顧客に価値あるソリューション提案を行う。
- PoCやカスタマイズデモンストレーションを通じて顧客にAnaplanによるビジネスプロセス解決の具体的なイメージを提示する。
- Anaplanを既に活用している既存顧客に対し、Connected Planningの価値を継続して訴求して新たな活用領域とその価値を提案する。
- Webinar、各種セミナーイベント、ハンズオンワークショップ、業界ラウンドテーブルなどに積極的に関与し、Anaplanの市場での製品認知度を高めるとともに顧客エンゲージメントを推進する。
応募資格
- EPM、SCM、BI、ERP/ビジネスアプリケーションのプリセールス経験（インプリメンテーション経験もあると望ましい）
- 大手コンサルティングファーム、SAP、Oracle、Microsoft、IBM等のベンダーでの勤務経験（大手顧客への提案経験、プロジェクト経験）
- プリセールスまたは準ずるロールを5-10年経験している
- 自動車/化学/産業機械などの製造業界に関する知見と経験
- ネイティブの日本語能力
望ましいスキル
- EPMパッケージ（Oracle/Hyperion、SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud、TM/1,IBM P&Aなど）、BIツール（Tableau、Microsoft Power BIなど）または、SCMパッケージ：Kinaxis、Blue Yonder（JDA）
- Excel関数/マクロ、BIツール、多次元データベースを用いたアプリケーション開発
- 英語によるコミュニケーション
