Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented  Sr. Manager Strategic Partnership Development to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning. You will manage all current partners including but not limited to Microsoft, Snowflake, Oracle, IBM, and many others.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Current Strategic Partnership function with renewal and net new growth targets
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and oversee the implementation and management of partnerships.
  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives
  • Leading team in strategy and driving cross functional teams to deliver all aspects of the partnership (GTM, product integration, development, etc), events, marketing, etc). 
  • Prospecting, identifying new opportunities and growth of current partners, to agreement, revenue, negotiations, contracts, etc 
  • Develop and manage a team of partnership managers 
  • Lead the team in organization of all partner items including documentation, SOPs, note taking, strategy and planning by quarter with transparent goals 
  • Communicate with product and engineering on emerging needs, feedback, and troubleshoot issues and challenges  
  • Negotiate and execute multi-million dollar partnership agreements
  • Oversee the implementation and management of partnerships and deliverables 
  • Monitor and report on partnerships, executing deliverables and SOWs, along with managing and reporting on performance and ROI
  • Lead team focused on collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution (Partner managers will need to lead/drive for each partnership) 
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments to inform partnership strategy

What You Need:

  • 10 plus years of relevant experience
  • Superior presentation skills and organization skills 
  • Prior experience managing multiple stakeholders with complex organization 
  • Consistent track record of closing enterprise-level strategic partnerships or sales deals at $800K+
  • Proficient understanding and a network within the AI/ML/Data Science market
  • Understanding of software licensing agreements
  • Willing to travel as needed
