Brief Overview

We are searching for an engaged, passionate, and personal professional customer care specialist who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers and patients. The successful candidate will be able to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. We are looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial in spirit, and excited to work for this innovative joint venture, on the front line interacting with patients and the company’s customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customer
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Document and report customer feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Scanning and uploading of medical records
  • Innovate around best strategies for customer engagement
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • University/college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in healthcare, preferred
