At Amplitude, we’re on a mission to allow product and growth teams to systematically harness the power of data to build better products. This role will focus on renewing and expanding customers in our corporate segment (1-1,500 employees). This person will own and manage a book of business, driving evaluations from early stages to close, and managing complex customer relationships.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Own all renewals and expansions with an existing book of business
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Amplitude's product, allowing you to conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations focused on solving customers problems
- Effectively sell the value of Amplitude to key stakeholders (up to and including CXO’s) while maintaining customer relationships
- Collaborate well with the extended team including SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets
You’ll be a great addition to the team if:
- You have 8+ years of overall SaaS experience, with at least 5 years in a quota-carrying role with specific emphasis on renewals and expansion
- You can effectively drive renewal and expansion conversations by leveraging (and delivering) QBRs
- Have an ability to tell a story using data
- Experience running POCs and mutual close plans, familiarity with MEDDPICC is preferred
- Ability to work and thrive in a team setting
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
