Ample has created a personalized and concierge-like member experience from consultation through recovery that is grounded in transparency and convenience with best-in-class clinical outcomes and a purpose-built digital platform.
About the Role
As the Director of Marketing, you will own all of Ample’s marketing activities for its flagship New York City clinic and beyond as it scales into more markets over the next twelve months. You will work with and report to the CEO to lead the company’s go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing program and budget across key channels including social, search, email, and SEO
- Lead a team of creative partners to bring Ample’s brand and point of view to life
- Test and iterate on the most effective patient acquisition channels, landing pages, and website content
- Develop and own marketing analytics & dashboards to track performance
- Partner with Operations team to develop key collateral and touchpoints to drive conversion
What you’ll need
Background
- You have 5-7 years of experience in digital direct-to-consumer marketing
- You have 4+ years of experience with Google AdWords and Meta Business Suite
- You have overseen a comprehensive marketing program across growth, brand, and patient experience
- You have successfully managed partners & agencies to produce creative content and tell a brand’s story
- You’ve created KPIs and dashboards to measure channel performance
- You’ve scaled marketing channels through campaigns & creative optimizations
What you bring to the table
- You have experience leading the marketing function for a multi-site healthcare business
- You are familiar with major customer acquisition channels and platforms
- You have the technical expertise to run campaigns and measure outcomes
- You are proficient in data analytics and major marketing software (e.g. Segment, Improvado, FullStory, Iterable)
- You understand key business-level performance metrics and analysis (e.g. CAC, retention, LTV)

Additional Information:
Full-time base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 plus equity
This position is remote. You may work from anywhere in the continental US.
