The impact

This role will be responsible for managing the sales process and closing new deals. Amperon serves electricity markets in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. We have entered a market that is in desperate need for our solution and where we are expected to grow 3x this year. Your compensation includes a competitive base and unlimited commission. Our small deals typically close around $50k, with enterprise clients are closer to $250k.

This person should have experience in power, renewables or commodities. 

The problems you’ll solve 

  • Manage prospective accounts from the hand-off from SDRs to close.
  • Work closely with the CEO and EVP of Growth to ensure Amperon has the highest possible close rate.
  • Understand the needs and pain points our clients face. 
  • Energy experience is strongly recommended, though not required.
  • Knowledge in selling B2B, SaaS products to enterprise clients.
  • Coach SDR’s on nurturing better leads and to help build your pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota foreclosing deals.
  • Use Hubspot and other sales tools to utilize your time and document your activities and conversations.
