Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Account Executive will be key in driving Amitech's growth through consultative healthcare solutions sales, focusing on:

  1. Business Development
  2. Account Management
  3. Channel Partner Engagement
  4. Healthcare Industry Payor and Provider Expertise

Your Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish:
In your first 30 days, you will lay the foundation for successful sales and customer engagement at Amitech by:

  • Onboarding and Training: Completing the onboarding process, including training on our products, sales processes, and CRM tools.
  • Service Familiarity: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Amitech’s Intelligent Automation and Data Analytics solutions for healthcare payors and providers, including their features and competitive advantages.
  • Channel Partner Insight: Familiarizing yourself with key channel partners and training on UiPath products and sales territories.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align go-to-market messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Goal Setting: Establishing specific, achievable sales goals in partnership with the VP of Growth.
  • Prospecting: Actively pursuing sales opportunities with target accounts and initiating relationships with key stakeholders.

In your first 60 days, you will enhance the foundation laid in your initial month to drive sales growth and foster strong relationships by:

  • Channel Partner Engagement: Learning partner strategies, including UiPath training, product knowledge, and pricing.
  • Meetings and Presentations: Conducting effective introductory meetings with potential customers to communicate Amitech’s value proposition.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Advancing leads through the sales cycle by understanding pain points and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Creating a comprehensive sales forecast to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, and Customer Engagement teams for successful solution implementation.

In your first 90 days and beyond, you will consistently achieve quarterly sales targets and drive Amitech's revenue growth by:

  • Quota Attainment: Building a robust pipeline and advancing sales stages to meet annual quotas.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing customers.
  • Proposal Development: Crafting and presenting proposals and SOWs to C-level executives based on project scope and deliverables.
  • Channel Partner Collaboration: Working with partners to develop joint business plans, align targets, and optimize performance through necessary tools and support.
  • Industry Expertise: Staying informed on healthcare trends and technologies to become a trusted advisor within payor and provider networks.

Professional Services and Solutions Sales: You have a proven track record in consultative sales for professional services and solutions, excelling in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. Beyond closing deals, you support the delivery team in post-sale kickoff, ensuring both team and client success.

B2B Technical Consulting: With a background in technical consulting, you work closely with clients to build business cases and translate requirements into customized technology solutions. You think strategically to identify opportunities, anticipate needs, and align solutions with client goals.

Exceptional Communication: You are a dynamic communicator who engages and influences audiences at all levels, skillfully translating complex concepts into clear and compelling messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your strong listening skills, consultative approach, and proactive communication foster trust and drive successful outcomes.

U.S. Healthcare Experience: You bring knowledge of the U.S. healthcare payor and provider landscape, including industry terminology, trends, and objectives, enabling you to address the unique challenges and support the objectives of healthcare clients.
