Reporting within our Intelligent Automation Practice, the Healthcare Automation Process Consultant will be responsible for serving as a delivery team member creating process designs, use-cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria. This role will also support the creation of future state solution design, test planning and execution.

Your Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish

Objective #1:

Within your first 3 months, you will learn how Amitech’s current and recent Intelligent Automation projects have been run and begin to contribute to practice operations

  • Onboarding and Training: Complete the onboarding process, review materials from recent IA projects, ranging from roadmap creation, value-analysis of use cases, automation operating model (governance and center of excellence) design and implementation, and delivery programs building automations, to understand how those projects were run
  • Collaborate and Align: Interview current IA project teams to understand how these projects are being run, what has worked well, and what challenges teams are facing. Learn about Amitech’s current IA assets/templates and contribute to continuous improvement of them

Objective #2:

Within your first 3 months, you will establish/fill a billable role on one or more Automation projects, with responsibilities such as:

  • Facilitating and documenting a customer’s current state process
  • Creating a process design document
  • Defining a future state process for a customer
  • Contributing to a solution design document
  • Assessing processes to estimate ROI for automation
  • Mapping applications and input datasets
  • Test planning and execution

Objective #3:

Within your first 6 months, you will begin to lead value analysis efforts for client delivery and to contribute to practice operations and sales support efforts

  • Work with client to assess current state processes and to collect data in order to calculate level of effort to automate and expected value to be realized from automation

Objective #4:

Within your first 6 months, you will identify and contribute to additional delivery responsibilities where you can add value

  • Facilitating agile ceremonies such as backlog prioritization, retrospectives, etc.
  • Support for account manager in telling the story about automation value of the client for key executive touch points
