JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Paid Media Expert, you will forecast, develop, and implement advanced paid advertising strategies to drive our digital presence and achieve our marketing goals. Your deep understanding of Google/Bing PPC, YouTube, Meta platforms, using text, image, and video advertising, will be crucial in creating high-impact campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design, forecast, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
  • Leverage video advertising to enhance engagement, creating compelling video ad content that aligns with our marketing objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research into keywords, audiences, and competitors to inform targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI quickly through meticulous tracking and adjustment of campaign spending.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, continuously refining strategies and exploring new advertising opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record in managing successful advertising campaigns across Search, Dynamic, and Video ads on major platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Deep expertise in video advertising that resonates with the audience, with experience creating and optimizing video ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics reporting from Google Analytics, ad platform analytics, and BI tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize performance trends, anticipate business questions, and prepare timely recommendations.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for presenting complex data from multiple sources in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking with the ability to craft innovative advertising strategies that cut through the noise.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform changes.

**We are looking for local Puerto Rico candidates or those willing to relocate. Housing or housing allowance will be provided for candidates willing to relocate.
