Role: Recruiter

As our Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our organizational success and rapid growth in the Pacific Northwest Region This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in recruiting and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will report into the National Manager of Recruiting but collaborate closely with the local HR team and hiring managers to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience. This role could be based out of our Seattle or Portland offices, but remote options are available on a case-by-case basis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels—including job boards, social media, and industry networking events—to proactively source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough resume and application reviews, performing initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit with the company's core values.
  • Coordinate and streamline interview scheduling, acting as a seamless liaison between hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs and ensure precise alignment with job role expectations and company objectives.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports, utilizing data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies, track hiring metrics, and optimize the overall recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and easily accessible, thereby enhancing data integrity and recruitment efficiency.

 

Requirements[:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proficient at using an Application Tracking System, Greenhouse preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience with Manufacturing, HVAC or Technician roles a plus

 

Estimated Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
