With its rapid expansion, the Company is in need to upgrade and professionalize its treasury function and is therefore seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the finance team.
Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator
As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 Business Central system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system aligns with our business processes, enabling efficient and effective operations. This role involves supporting end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancements to maximize its capabilities spanning multiple locations as we grow.
Location: Headquartered in the greater New York/Tri-State area, hybrid/remote working arrangements will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in both production and non-production environments.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 projects.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 technical requirements.
- Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Version Upgrade process, including meetings and testing with key business users.
- Create detailed user documentation and training materials for modifications, extensions, and customizations. Provide new user training and support.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions
- Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services, resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar degree
- Proven experience in with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical personnel.
- Solid understanding of financial operational process flows within Dynamics 365
- A proven track record of managing IT projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Power BI competency for data analysis and reporting is nice to have
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, plus bonus, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
