Role: Salesforce Project Manager
As Ambient Enterprises continues to grow, we are looking to roll out a cohesive CRM to our, now-nation-wide, suite of companies. In this pivotal role, you would be the subject matter expert in all things Salesforce. You would own implementation, training, documentation and long-term ownership of Ambient’s Salesforce platform. You will report directly to the CIO with close collaboration with the Sr. IT Project Manager and leadership. Role can be remote but must be able to travel to our various locations across the Northeast.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Salesforce implementation projects to meet deadlines, budget, and scope.
Conduct on-site training for sales teams across the Northeastern US, ensuring Salesforce proficiency.
Facilitate smooth Salesforce go-live, managing any arising challenges.
Liaise with teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Generate clear project documentation and progress reports.
Drive continuous improvement by addressing project hurdles and enhancing efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders to define and create Salesforce reports needed to run the business.
Requirements:
3-5 years of project management experience, with a Salesforce implementation focus. Field Service Lightning experience is a plus.
A background in supporting sales teams, ideally within the construction industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work cross collaboratively, effectively communicate and train a diverse range of teams.
Availability to travel across the Northeastern US for in-person trainings and implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields preferred.
