This is an on-site internship (Columbia, South Carolina). Applying students must already live in the Columbia or surrounding area. This is a paid internship and scheduling is flexible; academics come first!
Internship Summary
As the Monitoring & Utilization Intern, your primary focus will be monitoring and addressing systematic utilization for AMAROK's non-National account customers. Based on your monitoring discoveries, you will generate reports that accurately showcase our customer's utilization and working with the various operational teams to increase utilization when necessary. This role will also assist with break-in investigation and reporting to the senior leadership. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist other members of the Product Management team with other projects and tasks such as forecasting, cost, price, return on investment (ROI), etc..
Day to Day:
Continuously monitor Non-National account customer's utilization and generate accurate reports to be used crossed functionally and for improvement purposes
Complete monthly metric reviews to understand and present total number of system events and accuracy of our 3rd party monitoring company
Gather proper documentation and supporting items for any break-in attempts or other system events
Work cross functionally to help identify potential process improvement workflows for internal and external customers
Requirements
Ability to work in office at least 10 hours per week (15 hours per week is ideal). We are located on USC campus.
