The driver support associate will provide outstanding support to our employee drivers by partnering closely with dispatch and operations. You will get to solve dynamic problems, including vehicle positioning in different markets and guidance on effective driver breaks.
What you'll do:
Provide friendly support to and maintain positive relationships with drivers
Partner collaboratively and cross-functionally across dispatch, operations, customer experience, and sales
Solve problems practically, including vehicle positioning, break management, event management, and situational support to drivers and customers
Report directly to Driver Support Manager
Additional scenarios may include investigations regarding lost and found, vehicle incidents/accidents, maintenance, and claims made against customers and/or drivers
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree
Must have experience in call center environment with high-volume exposure to customers via phone/email
Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration are required
Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
Determination to continuously improve and consume data-driven feedback / KPI's
