As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our operation in the Dallas market. This includes growing a cross-functional team, rolling out new innovations, building your market for future scale, and ultimately ensuring that the business continues to develop efficiently. This role requires a people leader with the ability to work autonomously, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for problem solving.
What You'll Do
Grow and manage a cross-functional team (i.e., Operations, training, marketing, sales) to lead your market to new heights
Own your market's P&L and help create the most profitable operation in the ridesharing industry
Identify business priorities such as growth opportunities or weaknesses in your market and help drive the strategy to innovate processes.
Work closely with other market leaders to manage and rollout initiatives: develop a framework for successfully implementing and managing changes across the region.
Champion new initiatives in your market and collaborate with the Strategy & Operations team to scale your innovations company-wide
Analyze your market's performance and guide market operations dynamically through a data-driven approach
Look ahead and build towards future needs while ensuring the day-to-day operation are running smoothly
Build a long term operation that you can be proud of alongside a high-energy team
Who You Are
8+ years of business operations experience
3+ years of experience leading and building teams
Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA is a plus)
A track record of making data-driven decisions, problem solving and building for scale
Work experience in a fast-paced organization or startup environment
Experience managing a P&L
You have strong business judgment, executive-level communication, analytical and project management skills.
A team player - willing to learn, help others and take full ownership
