As the Sr. Program Manager, Training, you will drive operational excellence within Alto's driver training program and play a major role in developing the premiere ridesharing experience for both drivers and passengers. You will work closely with senior leaders to help build our training processes and interface with Training & Development Associates across markets to ensure consistent execution. This is an incredibly exciting role with high visibility into senior leadership and shaping Alto’s most valuable asset, our drivers.
What you’ll do:
Drive operational excellence for Alto's driver training program - growing to thousands of W-2 employees in markets across the US
Provide leadership to Training & Development market teams to ensure consistent execution of training processes
Work with Operations department leadership to problem solve and develop training programs and processes
Work with Training Content Manager to develop high quality, digital training content
Work with market General Managers to help push the success of the training programs in their market
Manage to and report out on KPIs for the training department as a whole
Manage on-the-ground training staff to KPIs
Some travel to our facilities across the US to work with on-the-ground training staff
Help execute on strategic projects and provide input to SOPs/playbooks (ex: market launch playbook)
What you’ll bring to the trable:
4-10 years of professional experience
Experience working with training programs / adult learning
Ability to work autonomously and drive to get things done
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
