About the role 

We are seeking an amazing Senior Director, Delivery. This person is a self starter, with a positive attitude who enjoys working through people to achieve tremendous results. Team player who loves a good challenge, has a high level of integrity, and works diligently to exceed expectations. Leader who is also willing to have fun implementing a vision with colleagues and clients.

This a key leadership position, reporting directly to the Vice President, Fulfillment and Delivery. The position is critical to providing excellent patient experience across a region. Drives their own and any VP/Steam goals/initiatives. It is multi-faceted, requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution across dozens of key performance indicators. Partners effectively with other leaders to identify areas of opportunity and solve problems. They oversee the organization's multiple layers and functions with significant high (bottom-line) impact. This leader is responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives. This leader requires extensive expertise and recognized high judgment. Create long-term strategies and structure to ensure right outcomes for their customers, business, and to facilitate game-changing innovation. Accountable for financial, legal, regulatory compliance, safety, etc. Actively works to reduce bureaucracy and remove blocks that stifle innovation. Decides which areas and/or technologies need investment to grow (and when they don’t). Able to negotiate new boundaries around the areas they own to achieve the best outcomes. 

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 10+ years of progressive experience working in an operations environment and at least 10+ years in leadership role supporting operational functions in the areas of fulfillment, pharmacy and/or delivery
  • P&L Experience
  • Develop and execute new growth directives
  • Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization
  • Liaise with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance
  • Keep track of the company’s revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize output.
  • Oversee client support services
  • Manage procurement and resource allocation
  • Possess strong relationship management experience building relationships with front line support, the product team, and the patient care team
  • Have scaled teams and built sustainable tools and repeatable processes
  • Demonstrate analytical and metric focus with a track record for driving KPI improvements.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills including experience leading managers
  • Enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to translate new business development needs into operational plans
  • Communicate well with various stakeholders and can build project proposals and business cases
  • Deliver meaningful results while operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Can train, motivate, and coach teams to maintain high patient care standards and build team morale

It is a plus if you:

  • Pharmacy background or have healthcare experience and have managed a team with complex workflows
  • Masters in Supply Chain or Masters Business Administration

  • Frequent repeating motions required to operate a computer that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Sedentary work: Sitting most of the time, exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
