We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator that can take point on all things Salesforce, and applications related to Salesforce.
Manage Salesforce.com data and ensure data integrity between various internal systems.
Design, implement, monitor and scale our sales tool stack – from picking the right sales tools to running complex integration projects
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com and other related Sales tools
Manage day-to-day needs, update user permissions, troubleshoot errors, update custom fields, workflow rules, validation rules & triggers, clean up page layouts and list views, update Salesforce.com packages, and maintain security controls
Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards for all users
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors and internal teams
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years administering Salesforce
Strong Proficiency with Salesforce.com including a deep understanding of customization capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the overall Force.com platform in a Lightning-based environment
Experience with Visualforce and Apex
Experience implementing 3rd party apps from the AppExchange within SFDC as well as integrations with external 3rd party applications (such as Marketo, Outreach, Zendesk, etc.)
Ability to create fields, page layouts, complex workflows, process builder rules, visual flows, reports, dashboards, and validation rules
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including sharing rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings, etc.
Understanding of Salesforce data model/architecture to be able to assist in designing business applications
Salesforce Administration Certification is required
