We are looking for a Team Leader, Property Preservation Invoicing help support the clients and the increase in volume of our portfolio in our Property Preservation unit of Altisource


  • Ensure smooth functioning of day to day invoicing activities (delivery of daily, weekly, monthly reports to all stakeholders)
  • Reviewing audit queries and collecting supporting data requested by audit for review with management
  • Prepare an analysis of financial statements (during the first week) post End of Month reporting
  • Ensure that the Invoicing team delivers product within SLA as regards turnaround time, accuracy and compliance matters
  • Identifying any payment related concerns with respect to vendors and working with concerned stakeholders to resolve these concerns
  • Identify delays in payments to vendors and client payments and maintain a 30 day deadline to clear pending payments

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

  • Experience with Mortgage Documents including reviewing deeds, foreclosure filings and dismissals
  • Ability to pivot from one project to the next quickly
  • Comfort level in communicating with city officials
