• Manages all aspects of Oracle  financials applications support and operations including planning, designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining various functions
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of staff and business processes to assist in streamlining tasks and initiating new or revised systems approaches as appropriate
  • Assists and guides team members on issues encountered in the design and implementation of solutions
  • Interfaces with middle- and senior-level end-users to develop client “buy in” and support, develops business implementation strategies, formulates project plans and addresses specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation or as part of ongoing support of Oracle applications in the production environment
  • Coordinates major upgrades with Oracle Cloud ERP support teams
  • Identifies project technology risks and communicates credible scenarios/feasibility issues to senior management
  • Leads team members on data analysis and integration of applications
  • Ensures team follows standards for development tools/platforms/methodology/controls to ensure efficiency, quality and consistency in application development
  • Reviews current technical architecture, including design patterns and development methodologies
  • Designs and implements Oracle Finance solution infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Supervises employees including selecting or recommending selection, training, assigning and evaluating work, counseling, disciplining, and/or termination or recommending termination
  • Manages audits on code and documentation from developers 
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge in all modules of oracle finance system like AR, AP, GL, Expenses and Fixed Assets etc to guide the technical teams and internal business stakeholders.
  • Manage a small team in agile Kanban framework to support and enhance the current oracle finance system.
  • Develop the internal team of oracle finance functional and technical knowledge such that external third party support can be removed.


  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information technology or related field is a must
  • A Oracle Financial and related certification is strongly preferred
  • Functional professional with 3+ Oracle Financials implementations and as a Manager on at least 3+ full cycle implementations.
  • Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 2+ Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice modules
  • Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least four of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses and Enterprise Contracts, HCM
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as OBIEE, EIS, Discoverer and FSGs;
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience working in IT organizations
  • Must have experience collaborating with internal business clients on business process enhancements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
