Mandatory skills required: -

5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration.
Extensive experience with SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2019.
Proven expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions like AlwaysON, Clustering, Logshipping.
Proficiency in T-SQL, PowerShell, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Experience with cloud-based SQL solutions, such as Azure SQL Database, is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to work in 24X7 shifts
