Job Summary:
The candidate will drive the execution of one or more proactive/reactive projects ensuring that commitments are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards. Operating at the mid-level with internal stakeholders, managing and implementing business processes to meet the goals and objectives of the Organization and our clients by conducting regular trend analysis and proposing solutions.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Program of study, or equivalent preferred
Work - Experience:
1-2 years
Must be willing to work in shifts

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with team, stakeholders, and senior leaders
Must be highly self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Advanced MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Participate in the problem management process to get to the root cause of technology problems and to improve the availability of systems
Provide reporting of metrics for Problem Management process, showing areas of accomplishment, opportunities for continual improvement
