In this System Administrator role, the ideal candidate will assist with day to day operations on technical issues\problems, as well as participation in the initiation and planning phases of organizational projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing remote support in resolving Windows Servers issues when problems have been identified in 24x7 environment

  • Managing BAU activities as per assignment
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good Team player
  • Responsible for tuning the monitoring performance and system usage.
  • Worked in Shared Services Environment
  • Report the issue to senior team member.
  • Able to work in pressurizing situations.
  • Good knowledge on Windows (AD, DNS, Different roles)
  • Good to have Data Center operations knowledge.
  • Knowledge on patch deployment tool
  • Work on Maintenance / Patching activity following the Application Reboot Sequence
  • Willing to work in 24x7 Environment.
  • Antivirus Administration
  • Willing to work in 24x7 Environment.
  • Implements technical initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements for this position:

  • 2+ years’ experience working as Windows server administrator.
  • Good to have system administration experience managing Data Center operations.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication.
  • Good knowledge of Hosting Environment.
  • Must have experience in file System administration, User administration.
  • Should be aware of monitoring tools or methodologies. (E.g. Logic Monitor, SolarWinds etc.)
  • Should have knowledge of Ticketing tool like Service Now.
  • Willing to work 24*7 model.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 2+ years of IT experience in handling Servers and remote infrastructure services.
  • Graduate
  • Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
