FINANCIAL ANALYST - HEALTHCARE IT (INTERNATIONAL MARKETS)

Remote U.S. or Canadian Role – Eastern Time Zone Preferred

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our international business units (Canada, EMEA, and Asia Pacific) in achieving their financial goals. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Month-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting: You will ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing procedures, participate in the forecasting process, and assist with the development of the annual budget.
  • Financial reporting and analysis: You will prepare and deliver financial reports to various levels of leadership, analyze financial data, and identify key trends and insights.
  • Business unit support: You will partner with business unit leaders to provide them with the financial information and analysis they need to make informed decisions.
  • Ad hoc analysis: You will respond to ad hoc requests for financial data and analysis from various stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role, with some experience managing a full P&L (profit and loss statement) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using various formulas and functions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting international business units and/or supporting a software business preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional calls with colleagues in different time zones.

TRAVEL

Travel is minimal for this role.

WORK LOCATION

The ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern or Central time zone (US or Canada).
