As Scrum Master you will be responsible for:
- Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster collaboration and accountability within cross-functional development teams.
- Coach scrum teams on Agile principles and practices, including self-organization and continuous process and performance improvement.
- Generate empirical data to help the team(s) assess their ‘Scrum Maturity’, optimize scrum team velocity, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proactively manage blocked stories and support escalation.
- Coach scrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following Quality System, Business process mapping, and Medical standards.
- Provide routine project status communications to the project team, design lead, management, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a regulated
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- environment, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Ideal candidate has experience with the Agile SAFe Framework.
- Experience using Agile Scrum with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence, adept at teaching Scrum principles and tool usage.
- Skilled at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum techniques
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000
