Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Internship Program by leading the committee and the interns through all stages of the summer.
- Manage the offboarding and employee changes processes.
- Plan all HR sponsored events for the CO office and collaborate on event planning activities with the other offices.
- Process requests for offer letters to be sent to candidates.
- Support and act as backup for the onboarding process.
- Support employees and managers by responding to inquiries on policies, procedures, and processes.
- Run monthly reports and analyze data for presentations to all levels, including leadership.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of HR experience in an HR admin, coordinator, assistant role or higher
- High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associates or bachelors in HR, preferred.
- Organized, detail oriented, and process oriented.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for events, high level of initiative, and a focus on customer service
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the need for thorough, consistent, transparent communication.
Salary Range: $47,000-57,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
