Summary:
We are seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to ensure a seamless flow of parts supply to our plants while optimizing costs. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supplier development and technical assistance missions, requiring a tailored approach to address each unique situation effectively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze supplier capacity and investment requests.
- Foster active engagement with suppliers and supply chains.
- Identify and address supplier weaknesses promptly.
- Monitor and mitigate high-risk supplier development issues.
- Develop and implement problem-solving techniques for supplier faults.
- Enhance and optimize supplier production systems and processes.
- Drive operational excellence among suppliers.
- Prioritize tasks to achieve objectives effectively.
- Adhere to established processes and the Code of Conduct.
- Represent the company at supplier sites and escalate issues as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
- University degree in engineering, business management, or supply chain management preferred.
- Experience in supply chain, quality, and development, with a preference for automotive or heavy commercial truck industry experience.
