Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- This engineer will be an interface with the Shop floor – his customers will be the engineers working in the Assembly Line and he will have to implement features needed by Quality Engineers working in the FAL.
- Proficiency on SAP mandatory
- Business knowledge is important (aerospace experience required), creating documents
- Knowledge about Flight line and delivery is important
- Work will be delivered in a team of 10 people approximately
- This person will be the focal point in interface with end user when it comes to quality in the implementation of the new SAP system within the Airbus organization
- 3 or more years of experience with quality
- Knowledge of quality processes with big aerospace companies like Airbus is mandatory => particularly knowledge in non-conformities, concessions
- Transaction codes used for non conformity => Creation/Update/Modify (QM01/QM02) A2406.1
- Manage NC / Data Integrity (QM01/QM02/QM03/QM11)
- NC performance End-to-end (Decision/Process)
- Perform Work Order A2813/A5720
- Inspection Operations (ZPMOCH_CO via MES/DSI) performing work order
- Concession Creation/Update
Qualifications:
- With a higher education (Bac + 5), engineering school or university
- you have at least a first experience in the industrialization professions, with a manufacturer or an equipment supplier in the automotive, rail or aeronautic sectors.
- SAP (codes QM01/QM02/QM03/QM11) and Quality Management with non-conformities..
