Middle Full Stack Developer React & Node (Freelance)

About this role: 

Currently, we need a freelancer for tasks that may eventually appear. These can be tasks involving part-time for a month, as well as on-demand requests for some projects (up to 1-2 weeks or less) with different hours. Therefore, it is desirable that a person's work hours were available for about 3-4 hours(could be more). 

About you:

• Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React/TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Development Skills: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, design principles, and core architectural patterns.
• Best Practices: Proficient in design, coding, unit testing, and configuration management.
• Communication: Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Mindset: Service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering value.

You will work with:

• Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Design and develop prototypes to validate concepts and support pre-sales activities.
• Solution Development: Create well-designed, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a Lean/Agile environment, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with client visionaries and stakeholders to gather and define user requirements, establish system architecture, and deliver successful customer service and project outcomes.
• Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical audits of projects to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Team and Competency Development (Optional): Participate in mentoring team members, conducting candidate interviews, and performing performance reviews to support team growth.
• Mentee Support: Provide guidance and support to mentees to help them grow their skills and achieve their professional goals.
