Our associates use their negotiation skills and professional networks every single day to deliver on client briefs. We are the experts in maximising and utilising negotiation and networks for professional and company growth. As such, this session will focus on the pillars of negotiation and will provide an opportunity to practise under the guidance of a senior leader.

Sascha Schermer who is a current Vice President and boasts 9.5 years of experience at AlphaSights will cover the core of the session and use his experience within the client service team to explain the best negotiating tips. Nancy Nguyen, who is part of the AlphaSights Talent Acquisition team will be discussing attributes and skills AlphaSights look for in candidates and also cover their application process.
