About the Role:
AlphaSense is seeking qualified applicants for a one-month remote internship with our Indian Legal Team. The Legal Intern will report to the Associate Counsel and will assist the legal team to partner with all levels and functions of the business, including People, Procurement, and others, to help AlphaSense achieve its high-growth goals.
Who You Are:
- A law student currently enrolled in an undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral program at a recognized Law School.
- Possess a decent understanding of Company Law, Labour Law, Contracts, and an awareness of emerging trends in the legal domain.
- Skilled in drafting contracts, letters, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, particularly in conducting due diligence on legal documents.
- Proficient in conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, supporting the legal team, and maintaining daily tracking activities.
- Eager to learn and participate in the contract management process, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating agreements.
- Ensure accurate and well-organized recordkeeping of all legal documents.
- Provide comprehensive legal support across the Company, facilitating the preparation and management of legal documentation and related administrative tasks.
