About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Talent Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing People & Talent team at AlphaSense. This role will partner with members across the organization to create KPIs surrounding hiring, retention, and career development. The incoming Talent Operations Analyst will have the ability to make a direct impact on employee satisfaction by delivering clear, actionable metrics around the talent function.

- You have experience operationalizing new or optimizing existing technology resources such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), or human resources information systems (HRIS)
- You are a skilled storyteller, with the ability to turn quantitative data into a qualitative tale
- You are a DEI champion and know how to use data to drive strategy
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Global Talent team to identify and understand patterns in hiring data
- Deliver insights for talent pipeline forecasting and management as well as long term talent capacity and capability planning
- Build recruitment workflows, procedures, and employment branding materials
- Partner with our Total Rewards and Talent teams to develop and maintain a Job Description database
- Utilizing data, work with the People team to apply relevant findings to drive decision making, anticipate future misalignment with company values or performance management, and improve the overall employee experience
- Work with Hiring Managers to create reports to enable better tracking and reporting surrounding performance; build a reporting infrastructure to drive better coaching conversations
- Evaluate current use of our ATS (Greenhouse) to make recommendations for improvements and test updates; provide training to hiring managers in an ongoing effort to streamline the interview process
- Design and regularly audit reports to ensure a high quality of data integrity across the organization
- Strong experience building reporting in the Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Slides, Docs)
- Programming knowledge of Google Script (js, SQL) knowledge is a plus
- Experience using and integrating with data visualization tools (looker)
- Experience using and integrating with databases (Big Query)
- Experience operationalizing and measuring the effectiveness of recruitment branding/advertising campaigns via trackable links and integrations
