Technical Product Owner- User Management

About the Role: 

You will join our engineering team and further define and facilitate the roadmap and backlog for our User Management Team. The User Management team is expected to deliver critical projects redesigning our User management systems, working with authentication, SSO, Security-related projects, building, supporting integrations with client systems and automating some of them,  You will be responsible for clear requirement definition, prioritization and facilitate efficient internal and external communication to provide transparency to all stakeholders.This is a key role for our organization as we prepare for more growth. Your experience in empowering high-performance teams in a distributed environment is essential.


  • Bachelors/&Masters degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology
  • Experience with an iterative Agile methodology and use of tools like JIRA, Wiki, Git, Jenkins
  • 2 years of Product Owner experience or a strong understanding of the role
  • Previous back end development experience of 2 years is required
  • Experience working on Single Sign on, User Management flows for products, Technical revamps, Authentication,  Integrations with client systems and Security related requirements is required
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to understand the technical requirements and designs that team is working on is required as this team mostly ahs detailed Technical projects
  • Ability to organize the backlog of the team and help create and break down Epics into Features, Stories, Tasks
  • Deep understanding on how organizations constantly need to revamp architecture and manage technical debt is valuable for this role
  • Deep understanding of managing very fast scaling of a company, user base and resulting changes we need to make in a product to scale it is valuable
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and technicalities is required
  • Experience of working in Kanban us a plus
  • Experience of working in Scaled Agile is a plus
  • Experience working in a multi-site setup is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills and servant leader mentality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both in a team environment and independently
