Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and improving the entire supply chain process, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. This position will involve analyzing complex supply chain data, identifying process improvements, and working cross-functionally to optimize the flow of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance.
- Generate and present reports to senior management on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, supply forecasting and delivery metrics.
- Process Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, including but not limited to production, costing, raw material sourcing and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead time reduction, and process efficiency improvement.
- Supply Forecasting & Raw Material Inventory Management:
- Develop supply forecasting models to predict future product requirements.
- Ensure optimal RM inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock & liability.
- Manage replenishment strategies and collaborate with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with PD, RM Sourcing, Production, Logistics, & Planning/Buying teams to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies and objectives.
- Provide supply chain insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess risks within the supply chain, including disruptions, delays, and supplier performance issues.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or management, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Proficient in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with advanced forecasting and demand planning techniques.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
