We are looking for a friendly & professional detail-oriented team player to join our Retail team as a Talent Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be balancing multiple work streams, supporting the recruiting team and field partners. This position ensures continuity and connectedness through the recruiting department to field prioritizing the internal customer.   

Requirements: 

  • Support retail locations with general inquiries; responsible for the Retail Recruiting DL 
  • Ensure Job Postings are posted within 24-48 hours of request.  
  • Supports in maintaining Retail Recruitment material and submitting communication updates on Zipline communications  
  • Ensures Referrals are confirmed, tracked and followed up on. 
  • Assist with the candidate pre-hire Process for Lead & Associate level positions in Greenhouse; including Offer Letter creation, & background check 
  • Support with creating standard operating procedures for the field and their maintenance 
  • Provide administrative support for employer branding initiatives for retail recruiting 
  • Audit, organize, and maintain applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) as needed 
  • Support Recruiters in sourcing & developing pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies 
  • Coordinate & organize Job Fair hiring events and meet ups, as needed, in partnership with supervising manager. 
  • Support in achieving retail talent business objectives. Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to supervisor. 
  • At times you may be asked to support coordination and scheduling needs throughout the interview process through our ATS system (Greenhouse); including, corresponding with candidates, organizing virtual/In-Person interviews, and supporting with phone screening as needed. 
  • Support booking meeting rooms in advance, when needed. 
  • Professionally represent the brand and represent the People Team at all times. 
  • May perform additional projects or duties upon request. 
  • Flexibility to work on site as requested. 

Requirements:  

  • 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative support role, preferably in talent acquisition or human resources 
  • Experience in scheduling a plus, but not required 
  • Experience in Greenhouse is a plus, but not required 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and friendly, professional communication are a must 
  • Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new computer applications quickly. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
