Senior Product Marketing Manager

Alma is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our passionate and goal-driven marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.

In this role, you’ll serve as the product marketing lead for our product squads focused on enabling seamless provider and client matches and driving provider engagement within our community platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our products create value for our users, ensuring we remain a trusted and indispensable partner in managing their private practice. You’ll lead strategy, manage a small team, and roll up your sleeves to usher in meaningful wins for our customers.

Beyond your immediate contributions, this role provides the unique opportunity to act as a leader within our product marketing team, influencing its vision, direction, and impact across the organization. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
  • Manage a Senior Product Marketing Associate, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with team goals
  • Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning that resonate with providers and clients
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, operations) to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategies and drive differentiation
  • Measure the success of product marketing efforts using KPIs and data-driven analysis
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members, contributing to the growth and direction of the product marketing function

Who you are:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in product marketing; previous experience with marketplaces, membership-based businesses, the healthcare industry, or in a B2B2C context are not required but preferred.
  • You demonstrate high growth potential and have experience managing direct reports.
  • You are a strategic thinker, equally committed to thinking big while ensuring tactical excellence and alignment with company goals.
  • You are an exceptional communicator who can craft compelling narratives and deliver clear, persuasive messaging to diverse audiences.
  • You relish collaboration and are known for your ability to build relationships and drive alignment in a broad and diverse organization.
  • You are proficient in using data and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.

Salary Band: $145,000 - $175,000
