Marketing Campaign Manager

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading provider lead engagement at Alma, with a key focus on developing marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and convert leads into customers. Working closely with the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a key role in shaping a data-driven, B2B  nurture strategy that drives scalable growth for the organization. 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong bias to action. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop behavior-based acquisition programs to drive education and increase engagement with key provider personas
  • Continuously test and analyze results to develop insights that improve conversion rates at the top of the funnel 
  • Partner with the rest of the marketing team to develop compelling content that drives value across various channels, including email and web 
  • Work closely with the sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up to drive revenue growth 
  • Serve as a key partner to our Marketing Operations Manager in owning the end-to-end tactical management of marketing campaigns (ex. - nurture, drip, triggered emails), including lead scoring  
  • Collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation on exploring new channels, content or resources to drive lead engagement  

 

Who you are:

  • You’ve got 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a B2B environment, in a high growth startup a plus 
  • You have experience monitoring and managing integrated marketing campaigns 
  • You have written compelling copy that drives engagement 
  • You possess a strong desire to improve processes and increase efficiencies related to marketing support as the organization scales 
  • You are a creative thinker; ruthless prioritizer; relentless attention to detail 
  • You have worked in SalesForce CRM for lead and campaign tracking 
  • You may have experience with Marketo or similar MAPs 
  • You have a passion for Alma’s mission and the future of mental health
