SUMMARY:
The Practice Management Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our operating model & the value that our Advisors bring to our clients. This role is responsible managing several cross-functional Practice Management working groups focused on training design, tool usage/reporting, change management, and cross department communication to name a few. The Program Manager will also serve as the liaison between Allworth and external vendors that provide capabilities augmenting our value proposition. This position pays a base up to $105,000 plus annual bonus potential up to 10%.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project manage multiple Practice Management cross-functional teams to work through and execute against key strategic priorities
- Maintain project level tracking for the 4 core buckets of responsibilities for the Practice Management department
- Elevating the Financial Planning expertise of our Financial Advisors
- Advisor Education
- Advisor Product Adoption
- Advisor Practice Management
- Become a subject matter expert on our Practice Management tools and manage the relationships with the vendors we partner with (such as Money Guide Pro, Holistiplan, and Wealth.com to name a few)
- Develop & maintain field tool usage & adoption reports
- Aid the Head of Practice Management with the organization and rollout of new Advisor training related initiatives
- Manage the content in the Practice Management Library to ensure materials are easily accessible & up-to date
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of practice management experience and/or 3+ years of project management experience and/or 2+ years of training experience within a financial services/wealth management company
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strict attention to detail with high quality results
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Experience creating training plans and materials
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), and proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Series 65 or combination Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred
