SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth. Your primary focus will be to educate prospective clients about the value Allworth can bring to their lives and help them determine if we are the right firm for them. If so, you will identify which of our highly skilled fiduciary financial advisors is best suited to help them attain their financial goals and then guide them through the onboarding process. You will be interacting with people throughout the United States across a variety of different lead channels. Talking points and sample scripts are available but successful team members internalize these tools so they can engage in organic conversations with people from all walks of life.

This is a Non-Exempt, full-time hybrid position in our Folsom, CA office with the hourly rate between $23.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience. The total compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $108,000 annually; this is inclusive of the base salary and variable compensation.

- Make a high volume of calls to reach sales initiatives and goals
- Effectively handle high-value/high-net-worth prospects
- Quickly and efficiently engage potential clients in our sales flow process
- Take ownership of sales initiatives and independently identify the best course of action to achieve those goals
- Actively identify opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:
Along with the information above, we will be looking for the following qualifications in our candidates.
- 4+ Years of successful consultive sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong track record of demonstrating successful sales skills
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Ability to listen and build rapport quickly with prospective clients
- Ability to communicate in a digestible and comfortable manner with people from a wide range of professions and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Flexible, approachable, and can quickly embrace change in goals and objectives
- Established ability to learn new technology and quickly become proficient
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a natural entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks without supervision
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute to a cohesive team, while maintaining excellent individual performance
- Experience working with a Sales Client Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus
- BS/BA degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required
