(Senior) Business Development, Project & Business Manager

At this stage of our companies journey and to support us in our global growth we are looking for a leader to build the company with us.
What you'll be doing:
You will lead projects that drive strategic development, growth and profitability with direct exposure to Allthings C-Level and Senior Management exposure at our customers and investors.
The projects will vary in duration and team composure, but always be fast paced and international.
Your first project will concern a strategic project that might lead to a business model pivot of Allthings and will impact the Allthings business case for our next funding round.
End-to-end responsibility for challenging transformational business projects and interdisciplinary working groups.
Close involvement of business steering by providing action oriented management information, conducting value-adding analysis, monitoring financial performance and cost development and propose adequate measures.

- A university degree above average, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
- Gained 3 to 5 years working experience in Business Development, and/or Project Management in a top consulting firm
- Strong interest to work in an agile, high-performance team
- A lot of drive, high ambition, flexibility, and a strong bias for action at fast pace
- Excellent analytical skills with an outgoing and extremely engaging personality
- Hands-on project management experience and a strong drive to results
- Headquarter / home base is Basel. Willingness to travel at least 50% of your time
- You are fluent in German and English; French is a plus
