AllStripes is a Series B healthcare technology company building the go-to operating system for precision drug development. Our platform is two-sided, serving both patients and biopharmaceutical customers. For patients, AllStripes is a trusted brand that empowers them to advance treatments in their own conditions; for biopharmaceutical companies, we are an enterprise platform that offers clinical insights not found anywhere else.

In the past, the biopharmaceutical industry thrived off blockbuster, “one-size-fits-all” medicines that worked for only a subset of patients. As a result, drug companies are doing research on smaller, more targeted patient cohorts, relying on communities to gather deeper insights to conduct more precise research. Rare disease has emerged as the model to enable our shift to true individualized, precision medicine affecting 1 in 10 people globally, in aggregate affecting over 300 million people. Rare disease is the fastest growing segment in biopharma, constituting ~50% of all new drugs approved by the FDA each year and $242 billion in U.S. drug spend in 2024.

We believe that all diseases will eventually be diagnosed, researched, and treated as rare diseases. AllStripes bridges the gap from broad to precise, and tackles the biggest challenges in drug development: 1) identifying and engaging patients directly, and 2) translating aggregated data into actionable insights to accelerate treatments.

We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced product leader who gets excited about community growth and retention, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, and building consumer experiences leveraging data. You will help to shape the product experience that will allow us to attract and engage patients and collect the relevant data to accelerate treatments for the rare disease community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategy to build trust and value with the rare disease patient community and position AllStripes to be the clear go-to voice within rare disease
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define the end-to-end patient user experience, including conceptualization, validation, and execution
  • Partner with brand, marketing, engineering, clinical research, and commercial teams to develop a holistic patient strategy and roadmap that drives long-term engagement of patient communities in line with our business model
  • Define patient acquisition & engagement KPIs to align and focus development goals and team collaboration across product, engineering, design, and marketing
  • Partner internally to identify and execute growth opportunities
  • Lead problem definition with stakeholders and facilitate ideation in partnership with design and engineering and help guide scope and tradeoff definition
  • Author high-quality, innovative design specifications within an agile methodology
  • Interact with engineering and QA teams to drive high-quality product feature implementation

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience founding or building your own company or product from 0 to 1
  • Keen empathy for users, strong design aesthetics and a passion to build innovative consumer experiences
  • Solid track record of demonstrating progressive product leadership experience within a growth stage, product-led organization
  • Creative, strategic thinker who can adeptly translate vision into a cohesive strategy and executable roadmap
  • Intuitive, opinionated, and gut-driven, with an experimental mindset and tolerance for uncertainty and iteration

  • Strong interest and philosophies on building healthy and productive team cultures
  • Focus on outcomes, GSD mentality
  • A sincere desire to share our mission of accelerating treatments for people affected by rare disease is a must
