We’re passionate about inspiring a more plant-based future. The way we eat has an enormous impact on our health and the health of our planet. So we keep it delicious while creating an exciting balance of healthy, convenient, more sustainable food choices. That takes teamwork, empathy, smarts, creativity, confidence and boundless positive energy.

Today allplants’ range of chef-prepared meals are imaginatively tasty and nutritionally balanced with 100% natural plant-based ingredients - from our creamy Cashew Mac to our rich and spicy Jerk Jackfruit -  every dish is handmade with love. Eating plants is the most impactful way to reduce your environmental footprint, so our mission is to inspire the next billion plant-powered people, using flavour and convenience. We’ve already served over 750,000 meals to homes all over the UK, subscribing for an easier way to enjoy plant-based living.

Our plans for 2019 and beyond are bold, delicious and daring - with big growth plans involving both new products and new markets. To achieve our growth ambition of inspiring the next billion plant-powered people we are expanding our teams at pace, whilst also putting in place the foundations of a deeply mission-driven and customer-led culture.

the role.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing you get the chance to make a huge impact on our new customer growth. You’ll be joining a relatively new team, so there is a ton of potential to set up and test new channels and be part of building things. We’re looking for an all round growth marketing pro.

You’ll have a real variety of projects to work on, from helping us develop a deeper understanding of our audience, through to testing out new messaging and building landing pages that are going to really convert. There are no shortage of exciting opportunities to work on. You’ll have the chance to shape your role and focus on the areas that will deliver the greatest value to allplants.

  • New Channel Tests.

    • Review and add your own ideas to the list of new channel opportunities we have. Work with the Head of Performance to identify which channels to launch first.
    • Take ownership of executing new channel tests. Briefing in creative requirements, refining targeting and reporting back on impact.

  • Messaging Across the Marketing Funnel.

    • Refine our marketing messages & come up with ideas to drive conversion across each step of our customer journey. What works best as a hook to get people to our website? How do we persuade them to try our food once they’re there? What parts of the service should we highlight across the remarketing journey?

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation.

    • Creating landing pages which map to different audience segments and what motivates them to try allplants. Do they want to try allplants because we’re convenient, because we’re environmentally friendly or because of health benefits or a combination.
    • Experiment with which product benefits we surface for the best conversion rates. Build tests out yourself for speed where possible or work with the product and dev team to implement.
    • Drive the schedule of tests we’d like to run.

  • Manage Existing Digital Channels

  • BI & Analystics

    • Connecting our marketing choices back to customer lifetime value. This means thinking about questions like.. Do customers from one channel have a better retention rate than another?
