Aspire Living and Learning is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Therapist to work at our group home in Bethany, CT  We are seeking applicants who are compassionate, caring, and dynamic to provide services to adults with developmental, physical, and/or psychiatric disabilities within the Day Program and Community Settings. The Registered Behavior Therapist will work to support young adults as they learn and participate in different vocational and leisure activities in the community.  Hours may vary. 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Special Education, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to adults with disabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and a collaborative approach.
