The Opportunity:

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Account Executive, Experiences to join our fast-growing Experiential team.



Job Description:

This role will be responsible for assisting accounts and agency business initiatives with industry expertise, idea generation, research and development of presentation material, and idea execution. This position is also responsible for working closely with clients and internal client service and creative teams to execute programs that achieve client results involving strategic & creative objects, timelines, and financial goals.

 


Requirements:

  • Lead specific account tasks while supporting the overall experiential team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal agency teams to ensure flawless project delivery against client’s objective and approved budget.
  • Support multiple projects concurrently, developing project documents, inclusive of workback schedules, activation plans, pertinent deliverables, etc.
  • Manage and develop relationships with trusted vendors and partners.
  • Assist in invoice management and budget reconciliations.
  • Communicate deadlines, prioritize tasks, assist on multiple accounts and provide solutions-oriented approach.
  • Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional event hours, weekends and holidays.
  • Travel to events, as needed. Approximately 30% of the year.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and / or 1-3 years of related experience in experiential marketing and live events.
  • Passion for the sports & entertainment industry and live events.
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing / live events with ability to speak and strategize on logistics, operations and execution.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid time management, written and verbal communication skills.
