Why We Need You
As Manager, Search & Engagement Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketing services. Your expertise in traditional SEO, emerging / enhanced search optimization, ASO, and CRM will be instrumental in crafting strategies that elevate our clients' presence across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for transforming analytics into actionable insights, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and maintaining our competitive advantage in the continually evolving search landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SEO, ASO, and CRM initiatives for agency clients, ensuring services meet the highest standards and deliver outstanding results.
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive search optimization strategies that align with evolving market trends and boost client visibility across:
- Traditional search engines
- AI-powered platforms
- Voice search
- Visual search
- Contextual search environments
- Collaborate with Digital Earned Media colleagues to develop strategies for optimizing organic social search presence.
- Be hands-on with developing and deploying CRM campaigns, driving user engagement and client retention.
- Creating, documenting, and enhancing processes to streamline our SEO, ASO, CRM and related operations.
- Work closely with other agency solutions, such as Paid Media, Creative, and Client Solutions, to ensure SEO and CRM strategies align with business goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, ASO, and CRM.
- Proven track record of driving successful SEO and CRM projects.
- Expertise in data analytics and the application of insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools / services such as GA4, SEMrush, Marketo, HubSpot, AppTweak, Salesforce.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI applications in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies and emerging digital trends.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
