Why We Need You

As Web Developer, you will take charge of our web development tasks, including SEO, and development of HTML emails. This role requires a creative problem-solver who can push the boundaries of web technologies while optimizing for search engines. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Web Development: Develop and maintain sophisticated agency and client websites using modern web technologies and frameworks. Implement complex features and functionality to enhance user experience and website performance. 
  • Innovative SEO Strategies: Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO techniques that go beyond traditional practices. Apply web development expertise to create unique SEO solutions that give clients a competitive edge in search rankings. 
  • Technical SEO Implementation: Conduct technical SEO audits and implement advanced optimizations, including schema markup, site speed improvements, and mobile optimization. 
  • Technical CRM / Email Development: Code and customize responsive email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms. Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance email performance and engagement. 
  • Full-Stack Development: Collaborate with the development team on full-stack projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development as needed. 
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve website performance, focusing on core web vitals and other key metrics that impact both user experience and search engine rankings. 
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on web development best practices and advanced SEO strategies. Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Think outside the box to develop creative solutions for complex web development and SEO challenges. Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Setup and analyze advanced web analytics (GA4) and SEO performance metrics. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.  

 

 

Qualifications 

  • Web Development Expertise: 
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
    • Experience with server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js)
    • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
    • Experience with API development and integration 
  • CRM Skills:
    • Proficiency with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) for seamless integration and execution of email marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to code and customize responsive HTML email templates, ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices.
    • Expertise in integrating dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation within email campaigns to enhance engagement and deliver targeted messaging.
    • Experience in A/B testing email templates and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize open and click-through rates.
    • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including managing sender reputation and avoiding spam filters.
    • Familiarity with automation tools to set up trigger-based email campaigns and workflows that align with the customer journey.
  • SEO Skills: 
    • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
    • Expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexation 
    • Experience with advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) 
    • Knowledge of international SEO and multi-language site optimization 
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues
    • Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools
    • Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) 
  • Analytical Skills: 
    • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
    • Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization 
  • Innovative Thinking: 
    • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to technical challenges
    • Keen interest in emerging web technologies and SEO trends
    • Proactive approach to learning and implementing new techniques 

 

Experience 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in web development 
  • 3+ years of experience in advanced SEO techniques and strategies 
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex web projects and successful SEO implementations 
  • Track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic for client websites
