Position: Program Analyst / Workflow Manager
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Location: Alexandria, VA
Responsibilities
As a Program Analyst (Workflow Manager), you will perform action-officer duties to develop briefings, documents, and reports for Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer-level meetings.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Perform administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/ actions through electronic means.
- Have experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or other tracking tools (e.g. Microsoft Planner), reviewing staff packages for completeness, issues and maintaining configuration control.
- Have experience in developing and conducting records management plans and activities for Mission Integration.
- Directly support an SES Tier 2 in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Mission Capabilities – Mission Integration.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Use strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment; present and explain technical information to colleagues, management, or sponsors.
- Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary project team that may include engineers, scientists, designers, and technicians.
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Have experience with Microsoft products including Office and SharePoint.
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in technical editing or professional writing within the Dept. of Defense.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Clearance requirements:
- Active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
